Choosing a school for your child can be a difficult process filled with many concerns and questions.  At The Academy we understand your concerns and will do our best to answer your questions so that you may make the best possible choice for your child.

Question:  What degrees do your teachers hold?

Answer: True to the international standards of our academic curriculum, members of the faculty at The Academy hold university degrees in their specific subject areas.  Teachers for the elementary school hold Early Education degrees and have many years of experience with young children.  As at the university professorial level, in-depth knowledge and expertise, a love of the subject, and the ability to inspire and motivate the students to learn and participate is what sets our teachers apart.

Question: How will graduation from The Academy prepare my child
for attending a university?

Answer: The University of Cambridge IGCSE and A level program is an academically rigorous course of study.  International O and A level examinations taken in the 10^th and 12^th grades are qualifications recognized and credited by prestigious universities worldwide. 

Question: The Academy is located in Appleton. Are all of your students
from that immediate area?

Answer: The Academy has students from many areas of the Fox Valley including Appleton, Darboy, Fremont, Greenville , Kaukauna, Little Chute, and Hortonville.  The school is easily accessible from Highway 41 for travel from Oshkosh, De Pere and Green Bay. 

Question: How do I know my child will be safe at The Academy?

Answer:  We take your child’s security and safety very seriously at The Academy.  All of our staff members need to pass a comprehensive background check as well as a complete interview and reference review process.

Also, as a parent of a child at The Academy you are given a password to access a secure area of The Academy’s website where you can watch your child on video cameras in many of the classrooms.

In addition, we have also physically secured our building and outside recess area.  The Academy is protected by state of the art fire and alarm systems and our building access control system requires dual-level credentials, ensuring that only approved people are able to enter the school.
